    You Asked For It! PM Essentials Virtual Class (December 2015)

    Paul Ritchie is Practice Director and leads the PM College program.     By popular demand, PM College just opened registration for a public edition of its most popular class: Project Management Essentials. PM Essentials lays the foundation of what every project manager needs to know in order to successfully manage projects. Participants gain an understanding of how the project management processes are used during each phase of a project to deliver a better, more effective project. These sessions are delivered virtually, which combines the insight of our experienced instructors with the convenience of not having to leave one’s desk.

    • When: 14, 16, 18, and 21 December ( 9-11:30 AM Eastern US time)
    • What: 10 hours of live, virtual instruction, 4 hours of homework, and a final exam (14 PDUs)
    • Who: Any project member who wants a strong foundation or a refresher
